Additionally, we don’t mark up shipping so we offer the customer either a pre-paid option or payment on delivery to prove it to you. Finally, all of our shipments include the cost of insurance.

Tread Wrapping
We individually wrap each tread in foam and strengthen the edges with tape. All wrapped treads are then sealed in plastic bags before being placed in the shipping carton.
Baluster Wrapping We individually roll each baluster in foam before rolling the next baluster to prevent scracthing the finish.
Baluster Packing
The baluster rolls are then sealed with packing tape to strengthen the edges before being placed in the shipping carton.
Component Packing All balusters and various components are placed in the heavy-gauge pallet reinforced shipping box.
Tread Packing The individually wrapped and sealed treads are placed with the shipping box to minimize shifting during shipping.
Handrail Packaging We individually package each pre-formed handrail in plastic tubing to prevent dinging, denting or damage.
Reinforced Packaging Each pre-formed handrail tube package is reinforced with wood bracing to
maintain the integrity and shape of the handrail shape
