My name is Sam Saxton. I’m the president of Salter Spiral Stair one of the leading Spiral Stair manufacturers in the United States based in Pennsylvania. This blog will not just be about spiral stairs though. I hope to write about numerous things that include topics ranging from what it is like to manufacture a product in the U.S. to day to day problems in my personal/professional life. Of course I’ll be posting pictures of some of our favorite projects from customers as well as discussing new ideas.

If you have anything to add please post it or you can always reach me at sam@salterspiralstair.com Thanks.

Introduction to the Spiral Stair Blog

Tuesday, October 28th, 2008

Welcome,

This is the place where you’ll be able to read musings from the spiral stair world. Please feel free to post your own ideas, thoughts, dreams etc as I will be doing the same myself. I’m happy to help so let me know what I can do. Remember when thinking about installing a spiral stair you are not only adding a space efficient way to travel between floors, but also installing a visual masterpiece as well.

For those of you not familiar about spiral stairs you can go to our website at http://www.salterspiralstair.com/. This will show you some examples of spiral stairs as well as some basic information about the product. We make spiral stairs out of wood, steel, aluminum, galvenized steel, combinations of the wood and metals, and the list goes on and on…
