Is this a spiral? Did we manufacture it? If we made it we could set you up with center balusters. Otherwise it would be tough for us to do anything for you without making a new one. I would recommend calling a local welding shop and perhaps they would come to your home and weld balusters in the spaces? Then you could just paint over the new welds perhaps. While I do not like excuses I have to believe that this must have been a communication error. Shipping lead times are completely out of our control once they leave our company. I have tracked the order on our shipping carriers website and it looks like it was shipped Thursday, Februay 19 and delivered Monday February 23. I think the confusion might have been that the stair usually ships 24 hours after the final balance, not delivered 24 hours after. Again I am sorry for the confusion, this is something we will have to be more clear on in the future. For your own information though three business days is standard transit time to Massachusetts for us. In the end I am very pleased that both you and your customer were satisfied with the product.
