All the stairs are constructed with a 30 degree tread.

your area is regulated by the National Building Code (BOCA)
or the Uniform Building Code (UBC) we can provide conforming
spiral stairs. Be aware that your state or local codes may
override aspects of these codes. Before ordering a spiral
stair, check with your local building inspector for the dimensional

72" diameters stair to comply with these codes.

SPECIAL HALF TURN STAIR PACKAGE |
The
half turn is a unique stair that can solve many situations
when a traditional spiral will not fit. Most spiral stairs
require a square opening which many jobs cannot provide. It
is common to have a 36" wide space with extra length. It is
not a code package but does provide an excellent secondary
stair.
