The handrails are packaged and in a reinforced tube for protection during shipping. (Oak, Maple, Cherry, Mahogany, Cedar are stock woods with additional species available upon request.)

• Another consideration when purchasing a stair is the enclosure railing. This railing is intended to protect people from falling off a balcony or through a stair well. Although you may choose a stair with a wide baluster spacing, the balusters on the enclosure railing are spaced at 4″ or less, which is what the national building code requires.
